In home consultations and training sessions are a great choice for dogs that have behavioral concerns, people whose schedules don’t allow them to join a class, or when more one-on-one instruction is a better choice. In-home training pricing varies depending on the issues and time needed, but all in-home training begins with a consultation that usually lasts about 90 minutes. The consultation includes a detailed discussion of history, concerns, goals, and a preliminary plan, and support.

Separation Anxiety-one of the most misunderstood conditions dog trainers see, separation anxiety can present with different intensities, each with different symptoms. The good news is that most of the time it can be treated effectively, but it requires specialized knowledge and commitment from the guardians. We can help you bring relief to you friend. Reactivity or Aggression-we are available to consult on reactivity and aggression cases, including some level 3 or below on the Dunbar bite scale. These cases often respond to the correct treatment plan. Aversive techniques such as prong collars, “training” e-collars, and other outdated methods make matters worse and increase the risk to safety for all involved. If we are not able to help we will refer you to the proper resources for your circumstances.
